Policies
SumBoShine.com strives to provide excellent customer service, quality products and low prices. Thus far our research has determine that we have some of the lowest prices on the web, if you find the same product at a lower price please let us know and we will try to match or beat the price.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and phone orders.

Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to all orders for Georgia residents.

Refunds/Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received and you would like to return it for a full refund please contact us via email at info@sumboshine.com telling us the reason for your displeasure, we will give you an authorization number for returning the product. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

To Cancel an Order
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except for weekends and holidays) of ordering, therefore if you want/need to cancel an order please call 800-963-3730 as soon as possible. If the order has been shipped there will be a 10% return fee.

Shipping
We offer shipping within the US by UPS. Orders arrive within 1-5 business days. If we are ever out of stock your order will be drop shipped from the manufacturer which may add a day or two to your delivery time.

Secure Online Ordering
We offer the highest level of security for your online ordering. We never sale, rent or lease you information to a third party.
